Anisa

Egypt's first licensed provider of educational caregivers. We built the platform that matches families with qualified caregivers and tracks each child's growth.

The client

Anisa (أنيسة) is the first licensed company in Egypt to provide educational caregivers: people who look after a child at home or outside it, and help them grow their skills through play, following a plan made for that child. Parents get a daily break, and the child gets real development.

What they needed

  • Families request a caregiver easily, in Arabic or English.
  • A strict, fair way to hire caregivers: application, interview, checks.
  • A plan for each child, based on an assessment, that the caregiver follows and updates.
  • One place for the operations team to run requests, orders, payments to caregivers and follow-ups.

What we built

PartWhat it does
Bilingual websiteExplains the service, and lets families request a caregiver and caregivers apply to join, in Arabic and English. Content is edited by the team, no developer needed.
Operations dashboardClient requests and orders, child profiles and assessments, caregiver applications and interviews, activities, notes, receipts, and caregiver pay.
Backend & APIThe source of truth for families, children, caregivers and every order, with a full record of who changed what.

Two flows carry the business:

A family's request. A parent sends a request from the website. The operations team sees it right away, confirms details over WhatsApp, where families already are, and matches a caregiver. The child is assessed, and the assessment becomes a skill plan the caregiver follows. Receipts are generated as PDFs.

A caregiver joining. An applicant applies on the website. The team moves them through screening and interviews in the dashboard. Only approved caregivers can be matched with a family.

How we worked

  • Plan: we mapped the hiring and matching steps with the team before building, so the software follows how Anisa really works, not the other way round.
  • Build: the website, dashboard and backend share one model of families, children and caregivers, so information is entered once.
  • Measure: every important action in the dashboard is recorded in an audit log: who did it, and when. For a service built on trust, that matters.
  • Learn: Arabic and English were both first-class from the start, including the content the team edits themselves.

Result

Anisa runs requests, hiring, child plans and caregiver pay from one dashboard, and families reach them in their own language.
